With any luck the ECU will have a sticker on it and you can call the tuner. The filter, if present, will presumably be foam rather than paper.
However, if you just have the ECU and an air filter this is somebody's "Stage 1" - later stages normally add progressively more 3" exhaust, cat or whatever before going on to more radical bits. As your Aero already has a bigger turbo you should be in good shape.
So the easy answer to your question is, upgrade the exhaust, starting with the downpipe. Group Nine have a stainless system that I lust after but others are good - I had a JT on my old CSE which was very effective and well made, though it needs to be fitted with care.
Alternatively, high-flow intercoolers seem to be cheaper than they used to be. Either of those improvements should help spool-up as well as power/torque.
