IC question . . . with a twist . . .

Just purchased a '96 900SET as a replacement for the '94 900 since the insurance company declared the car a total loss (the other driver made a left turn and stopped in the middle of the intersection, claimed that he did not see me). Car felt good but noticed that, for my taste, the car needs a bit more pep! I do not plan to have a heavily-modified car, just enough boost to make me smile. Going over the stuff in this BB, I plan to, in the near future, do the following:
SAAB Sport Exhaust;
MBC+A;
3-inch air inlet mod, or an aftermarket intake kit;
forge or hyperboost diverter valve; and, a
Viggen IC.
Would a Viggen IC be enough or should I go for the one of the ICs from MP or JSP. I realize that these viggen-styled ICs are bigger; however, would one of these ICs be an overkill or just fine?
Comments are appreciated.
