but we are talking a few people who have been in the dark for almost a month or more (some of which with big orders, $500+). The least they could have done is shot an e-mail back. I understand that the saab aftermarket isn't huge, and it is probably a very off and on type thing. If they are indeed getting so much volume they can't even write simple e-mails of "I'm sorry we are busy, we are doing everything we can to get your shipment out," they may want to hire some temps or get some more full time employee's. Obviously I don't know their business situation, but that seems like the most reasonable.

Mostly I am mad at UPS, who brought the package all the way to the routing facility by my house, and then returned it for unknown reason - THEN told me TWO different times they would bring it back to me. I was happy with MPPerformance shipping it out within 2 business days of my order, and then shipping it out with DHL the day after they got it back from UPS.

Anyways, I'm happy now, DHL is shipping my stuff, should have it by Monday.
