Hey guys first of all thank you for your help.Sorry it took so long to get back to you but I don't have a computer so I have to use my parents. Jak you hit it dead on, I found a vacuum line split open. Now that I fixed it the car spools right to the red but no more. Gary K, for my return line test was to pinch it off for a second at idle, and fuel pressure immediatly spiked. I was skeptical about this but the owner of the shop I work at said that its a good fuel pump test. I really couldn't tell if boost or FP would drop first, they happened so close to each other. I changed the cap and rotor when i bought the car in Feb, and I just put in NGK BCP 7ES plugs maybe 2 weeks ago. My wires look fairly new but my multimeter is at work, I'll measure resistance and get back to you.
Jak I'll try giving you a call this weekend. I can be reached at (860)691-2647. The wires to the APC solenoid are starting to strip the insulation off, mostly just right near the connector. Thanks again for all your help and if you guys can think of anything else it would be great, because I'm stumped lol. Josh
