At least that's what I'd do. I'm thinking you're not in the snowbelt, so you could just sell your 15"s to someone who is. Figure $400-500 for the 16 wheels + $3-400 for decent tires - $200-$300 for your old wheels. So you will probably be out $400 at best to $700 at worst. You could have Stromquist, Nordic or Maptun ECU in that range. The cat back doesn't make a big difference, and if it were me I'd probably wait until it goes to upgrade it. I have a 2 1/2" sport exhaust, and it's nice, but not earth shattering. The Sportchassi Kit is nice, but if you're doing that, it's a good time to do poly butterfly bushings, tie rod ends, and a few other suspension bits and pieces, so figure $600 for sportchassi, $250 for the other stuff, and $6-800 for labor, if you don't do the job yourself. Probably more than you want to spend. There are some other spring/shock options besides sportchassi, but there are plenty in that ballpark price range, or maybe a little more. I have and like Sportchassi, so perhaps I'm biased. I think the 9000 looks much better on 16 or 17 wheels than it does on 15's, so that is where I would start. I happen to love the look of 16" Turbo wheels with the dark center & polished lip, but of course you may like something else. There are certainly plenty of options, since anything that fits the Ford Focus fits the 9000.
