Yes.
It's been a while since I've worked with this. It does look like your mount has failed. You can rock the car in gear with freewheel disengaged to see how much it moves.
You want to get the center bolt loose before releasing anything else. You can remove it and the washer before proceeding.
Flat pry bars and some relatively small and thin pieces of wood allow you to lift the rear
of the transaxle from the engine compartment before removing the 3 bolts. An assortment of 3/8
drive extensions, lighting, and maybe a universal flex joint help getting a socket on the three bolts.
The center bolt and mount can be extremely 'stuck' as it's an alloy taper on the trans in a steel socket in the mount. Once bolt and washer are off you can apply a penetrating oil, alternating heat, and vibration from a center punch and hammer to get the taper to release.
This is awkward and difficult on the Sonett V4 and extremely awkward and difficult on the III without removing the front bodywork.
