Don't know if you have a chirp or a squeak.
A chirp would more likely be from a rotating mass like a dry throwout bearing. The t/bearing arms are also known to wear and might change the alignment too the pressure plate.
For a squeak:
Have you tried putting oil in the Clutch/brake pedal shaft holes?
