Pad retainer springs ("Friction pad clips") for left and right are different, don't swap. And up or down specific as well don't invert.
The 'slot' end goes down, smaller tab 'outside'. The small tab presses on the outer, fixed pad. The larger tab presses on the 'floating' pad that progressively moves as the pad material is eroded. The larger tab assures the pad backing plate is always pressed as that piston and back plate advances outward.
With regards to the lateral 'bumps' in the spring / clip: The lower of the two fit UNDER the projection on the pad backing plate to hold the pads upward (direction for forward disk rotation) and the upper of the two presses against the outside of the backing plates to hold the pads in toward the axle center.
The "small coil spring at the top of the caliper" is what keeps the pivoting caliper ("yoke assembly" left and right are different) from rattling when the brakes are not applied. The caliper needs to be in contact with the carrier ("Bracket" left and right are different) for braking action to be truly effective
