You should be able to get the gasket from West of Sweden SAAB, no problem, although possibly only as part of a set. (And if it only comes as part of a set, get the set. It's only in a set because you'll need the other stuff in the set, either now or soon.) If you really just want that one gasket, you might also try any Ford Industrial Power dealer, as the V4 engine was sold in the US for industrial applications. Last time I bought a gasket from my industrial-engine dealer, he sourced it through the Massey-Ferguson tractor parts network!

As for the carb -- um, you know you need a different manifold, right? And presumably you already have that manifold and that's why you need the gasket? Okay, just checking. Well, the easy way to find a 2bbl Weber is to go back to the marque specialists such as West of Sweden or Jack Ashcraft, or a racing-parts supplier such as Pegasus. These carbs are still made new, and still used for small formula cars, so they're easy to get if you don't mind spending a hunk of money. (I'd suggest starting with the SAAB specialists, though, because they can give you some intelligent suggestions on what jets you'll need in the carb.)

If you want to make this a budget project, scour junkyards for mid-70s compact Fords such as Pintos, Capris and Fiestas. Many of these used either a small 2-bbl Weber, or the US clone Holley-Weber 5200, which would go right on your manifold. Just make sure you measure the studs first to be sure you get one that fits. There's no point in putting on a junkyard carb without rebuilding it first, so budget for a rebuild kit too.
