I can tell you how I replaced all the floor panels in my 1968 # 720. I took an air chisel and cut the bottom out of a long bed pick up truck.I then cut the front floor pan out of the Saab leaving the seat braces and the pans on each side of doors.I then did some very close measuring and cut the truck panel to fit, jacked it up under the car and mig welded it together, then seam sealed it.The trunk pan I had to do also and had to do some bending, cussing and then praying, but it came out good. You can find a good late model truck bed at body shops that have been taken of due to a reck and the bed was replaced. They will usely give them to you, to to get them hauled off.Watch as to how you jack the car up,and make sure ever thing lines up before welding,as this is the back bone strengh of the body.I had to go to my brothers auto body shop and use the frame machine and make a pull to get the front fenders to door crack right.
