Here is a set-up available from Pegasus Racing that will not leak.
Girling remote mastercylinder, 5/8 (.62) inch bore (same as stock), has a 7/8-20 female inlet port and a 3/8-24 outlet port (same outlet size as stock), will bolt directly to the stock location ($79.99):

New clevis for connecting the threaded pushrod of the new MC to the pedal ($15.59) or reuse the old pushrod with integral clevis:

New remote clutch fluid resevoir with 7/16-20 male threaded outlet fitting, can be connected to the above remote master cylinder with a 4AN threaded hose. Translucent plastic body allows easy fluid level inspection, capacity is approximately 5 ounces ($31.99):

Or install a 5/16" barbed fitting on the inlet to the above remote MC and connect it to the stock resevoir with this 5/16" hose that is specifically designed for brake/clutch fluid ($2.99/foot):

Total cost for the new parts should be around $100.00 if you reuse your pushrod and remote fluid reservoir. Compare this with the cost of a resleeve from White Post.
Personally, I would spend the extra money on the new reservoir and 4AN threaded hose to make it leak-proof.
Note: The clutch master cylinders you see on e-bay of late are not Girling. Also, the integral reservoir is externally threaded, and comes with a plastic cap that is not suitable to accommodate the remote reservoir on the Sonett. These master cylinders with external threads are very difficult to seal. The original Girling clutch master cylinder on the Sonett had the integral reservoir internally threaded to accept a special aluminum cap with nipple for connecting the hose to the remote reservoir.
