Rain X window wax? [saabnet.com]
Posted by jh40 - http://saabnet.com/tsn/forms/e.php3?em=203 (more from jh40 - http://saabnet.com/tsn/forms/e.php3?em=203) on Thu, 19 Aug 2004 15:23:29
Looong time ago I tried Rain-X on my 900. Was good for a while, then I began to notice the haze that would spread across the windshield under dark rainy conditions, and then the 'whiteout' when headlight would hit the windshield.....end of Rain-X I noticed at the detail shop a new product, called Rain-X WAX....How well does this stuff work? Anybody use it? Some time ago, I read in Popular Science I think, that a new Rain-X like product was suppose to come out (from STP or Union Carbide I think) that would do what Rain-X was made to do, but without the glare effects at nite... Anybody use anything akin to Rain-X? Thanks.... John ================ To send a response, just hit reply! The Saab Network - On the Internet Since 1988 http://www.saabnet.com/
