Assuming you're on the LEFT side of the car it should be there. I seem to recall mine was tied to the harness and I needed to cut a tie to get it out.
Word of warning, after you plug it in it won't work.
You will need to take the car to the dealer for it to be 'married' to the sound system using the Saab Scantool.
