It may seem obvious, but has the thermostat been checked? They should have done that first at the dealer, instead of having you spend all that money on radiators etc. How did they determine the radiator was defective? Since it did not solve the problem, obviously they did not diagnose this problem correctly. I'd look for an independent and not waste more money at the dealer. They cannot be trusted to solve the problem.
