Ywan's right, BG's a good product.  At least it does no harm to the 
hardware that I've detected.  Of course, longevity and performance may just 
be a function of good maintenance and my observations are anecdotal.  I 
have however seen my engine and transmission torn down.  Relative to other 
well maintained components which didn't use BG, my hardware was cleaner and 
closer to original tolerance.

Yes, the stuff's pricey but compared with replacement cost well worth the 
expense.

BG now makes a transmission flush machine which uses the vehicle's own 
pump.  I intend to get a full flush once a year since dropping the pan only 
replaces 30% +/- of the tranmission fluid.
