When I was getting my 9000 the dealer made a point of stressing how expensive it is to replace the bottle so I should make sure it never froze. It never froze but I remember he said, the wheel, wheel arch cover and (maybe) other bits had to be removed to gain access to it. I think the approach is through the wheel area.

Haynes Manuals Check http://www.haynes.com/ and look under both their British and
American sites. I think there is a manual for the British spec SAAB although some things may be different it will be better than nothing.
