I have used Quick Boots, but never on a SAAB, I believe the one i used
was called something with the word zipper in it. Worked fine as far as I
know (not my car and friend is still driving it with boot on) as t axle
replacement, have replaced 2 boots on diffrnet cars. never diod an axle,
saab 1 70K + and still ok, saab 2 four months so who knows.  But cv's
were good as was axle, and around here I cant find an axle for $70, $150
maybe. I have always worked if it is not broken (excluding maintanance
items) do not replace it, if on inspection it is not worn out or out of
spec. don't replace it.
