9000 Aero questions
Posted by SSell71096 (more from SSell71096) on Thu, 28 Dec 2000 23:28:16
I have a '93.5 9000 Aero and have a few questions. the std tire size is
205/55 16, though I currently have 205/50 16 Dunlops on it. What is the best
size for snows? I have a set a worn snows on steel wheels that are 195/55
15s, I believe. Any suggestions? Would I be better off getting new snows or
all season tires on either set of rims? What brand?
Also, the car is a bit rough at idle. I'd expected that it'd run smoother
than it does. Do those fuel injection system cleanings that service stations
offer help at all? Occasionally while under hard acceleration it seems to die
for just a second and then comes back on hard. The whole process is quite
jarring. Any ideas?
Please respond to me directly.
Thanks and happy holidays,
Dave
