Rough Starting 900 Sport
Posted by Mark Milotay (more from Mark Milotay) on Thu, 4 Oct 2001 23:43:14
Hi,
I have an 85 900 Sport which when the engine is cold does not want to hold an idle. If I can keep it at 2000 RPM with the accelerator for a minute or so, it will run fine, but it can be hard to get it to even idle, no matter how much I depress the accelerator. Any thoughts on what the problem could be? I also occassionally notice a small backfire (more of a pop) when I shut the car down.
Thanks,
Mark
