I am new to the list (I bought a '94 NG900S 5-speed this summer, after my
utterly impractical, yet wonderful BMW was totaled by the lady in the SUV
who didn't think that a stop light seemed like a good place to stop) and
thought I'd share a nice source I just discovered. Last week my Saab
developed an intolerable condition: it wouldn't start. The mechanic, after
replacing my distributor, discovered that the ECM (engine control module)
was bad, and that the part would not only cost $700, but had to be shipped
from Sweden and wouldn't be available for two weeks. So, after a bit of
looking, I found <http://ecutecparts.com/>,
who got me an ECM for $239
shipped. Color me impressed. Anyway. Saabs rock.
