Update on V-6 repairs

The local dealer has gotten the engine apart now to appraise the cost of

Supposedly (dare I use the word allegedly?) a pin that holds > the cam gear onto its shaft slipped loose, causing the other gear to slide > toward the end of the shaft, which then caused the belt to slip a couple > of teeth and then break. I think this is at best a guess. The > valves are bent, so they're going to put in new valves, guides, a > new cam for each side, and of course the new gears & belt.
