I agree, having owned 2 900s, there is certainly huge utility in the hatchback. I never liked the classic 900 four door.
Many times I have bought something and had store employees say 'oh, that won't fit in your car' only to prove them wrong.
The new 9-3 does look like a 'baby 9-5'. (the shots are of the 9-3 aero model).
But their comments indicate there may be several configurations in the new 9-3 as well as the sedan.
(Wagon? Hatch? Convertible?)
I'd like to know more about the drivetrain. AWD yet? It is the one thing that Saab lacks that keeps me from buying one as my daily driver.
