Alternator question [saabnow]
Posted by The Saab Network (more from The Saab Network) on Thu, 13 Jun 2002 13:45:02
Message from John Cooper Subject: Alternator question ================= A friend of mine has a 1985 900. The alternator is loose in the bracket, as if the bolt hole were too big for the bolt. I seem to recall there was some sort of rubber bushing or something in there. Can anyone tell me if this is true, or if not, what the likely cause is? Also, is there a 'cheap' fix?
TIA John
