Knuckle down and buy a new cv joint. Even if you could get the gear, I it
probably wouldn't be easy to replace. Usually, gears like that are a press
fit, and are oftentimes installed by cooling the joint (as in the freezer, or
sometimes liquid nitrogen) and heating the gear, then putting them together
quickly.

A new CV joint is about $130 from megaparts. You can probably do better than
that though. Also, if the bolt ran loose, there's a good chance it trashed
your wheel bearing, as the bearing is held together by the bolt.
