Subject: Re: Power seat failure ================= This is probably a bad relay. I have never checked the seat motor wiring, so I have no idea if the relay is a single-pole double throw, or what. The wiring diagram can tell you that. You could try substituting a manual switch and toggling back and forth to see if the seat moves both ways. If you have a voltmeter you could measure the voltages on the pins.
