H motor in 99 = firewall modifications

I can't remember the time or place, but I recall someone's description of an 
aftermarket panel being welded into a 99's firewall to aid in belt changes.  
I seem to remember this only being available from somehwhere in Europe.  Does 
anyone out there know about this?
