Replacement is easy, just unbolt the old one. You might need a set of flare nut ( line) wrenches for the lines, just don't round them. Leave the master loose on the booster when you go back, that makes starting the lines back easier. Be careful not to cross thread them, that's easily done. You'll need to pressure bleed the system and do the clutch system too if you have a 5 speed, they share the same fluid. Bleed the left rear first until the fluid runs clear, then the right rear. I use about 2 liters to make sure I get it all out. We use ATE Super Blue, it's the best, but expensive and hard to find. Castrol LMA is the only other thing I put in Saabs. Then I flush that every year to be sure. Look at http://216.78.173.72/transmission_folder/909kclutchbleed.htm
for a suggestion on making a pressure bleeder.
Caliper bleeder screws have the nasty habit of seizing if they haven't been bleed in awhile. A 6 point socket to fit them and a smack with a hammer first makes them a bit easier. I've even had to drill the rust out of them to get them open. Had rust build up inside the calipers enough that completely removing the bleeders wouldn't let them bleed. take a sharp awl or small screwdriver and push in the hole to try and break that loose. Or push down hard on the pedal to blow it out.
Good Luck,
Ywan
