[I think these are the ones on the underside of the hood?] I had both of mine replaced under warranty TWICE in my 95 900 and then the final failure was the rear jet would 'piddle' when the front washers were activated after the last fix.
To fix that they replaced the entire reservoir (inside fender well) and motor and associated valves down there.
Hate to think what it would have cost me if I were paying for it.
Cool thing about the 9-5, 3 BAR pressure windshield washers, you almost don't need the wipers!
