  I have not tried;  but I would be surprised if you could not go with the +1
setup (225/45-16).  Looks like there is plenty of room under the wheel wells.  Of
course, there might be a slight change in the rolling raidus which could affect the 
speedometer....  and the tire is a damn sight more expensive, even from Tire Rack.
