Contacting the Saabnet.com Admin/Webmaster
There are a number of ways to contact the Saabnet.com Admin/Webmaster. If you are a classifieds user, you will
have been provided a direct phone number, although email is still probably the fastest way to get a response. In
any case, here are a number of electronic methods of contacting the Admin/Webmaster (in order of best chance for a quick
reply):
- Filling out the Site Support Form - Just click the following link to fill out a form that will get
immediately delivered to whichever emailbox the Admin/Webmaster is currently checking most frequently:

- General Email Delivery - You can fill out this form to send a general email. It'll get read in the order it was
received along with other general email. Please don't contact me via all of these methods, choose one and go with it;
I strongly suggest the first (or AIM, see below, which should yield a postive or negative response fairly immediately,
especially if I am not logged in). Anyway, click the link below for general email:

- Try sending me an Instant Message using AOL Instant Messenger (AIM). I try to keep logged in when I can or am not
too focused on writing new site software. You can usually get a quick, efficient response, If I am logged in. Use the link
below or see the AIM box at the bottom of the page which should indicate whether I'm online or not:

- Try seeing if I am currently in the Saabnet.com Live Saab Chat room!
A lot of times, I'll have a browser window open and logged into the Saabnet.com chat room. I will check it every 10 minutes or
sometimes even more frequently than that. Lately, there's always been a few people logged in all day even though we only

Those are the best ways to contact me. If you are a classifieds user, you will also have received an USPS
PO Box mailing address and phone number. I try to check the PO Box twice weekly and go through voicemail every day, but
those are probably the least effective means for an efficient response. Also, please be aware that I really do love hearing
from Saab owners! A lot of the time, I'll drop everything and chat it up about old Saabs owned, but at the same time, I'm
usually slugging my way through 300-500 emails a day and so sometimes I'll just try to give you the answer to your question
which may sound curt, but is no way intended to be so. I just want to get you the info you need as fast as possible. If you
want to chat it up about something else, I'll probably be more than happy to do that to as long as I'm not in the guts of
mySQL and PHP programming hell ;-).
