Our estimate for a clutch job is $463. This includes flushing the entire brake system, resurfacing the flywheel, replacing the rear main seal, new pilot bearing, and a Saab factory Turbo clutch kit. Not doing all this while you are there is cheating yourself. The factory turbo clutch kit provides a much better clutch for non turbos and is $20 cheaper than the non turbo clutch. It bolts right up, no problems. It has almost 50% greater surface area and gripping force. The factory kit for a 900 includes a new pressure plate, a new disk, new slave cylinder, new release bearing, and new input shaft seal. I have no explanation why a better clutch costs less.
