Glad to hear that it is possible to have 25 mpg for SAAB 900. Perhaps there is something I can do to improve the petrol mileage for my car. Petrol costs US$5 per gallon in Hong Kong; that is why petrol mileage is a major concern here. It is however puzzling that petrol is so expensive in UK, considering UK is a major oil exporter. It amazing that petrol's price is so low in US ($1-$1.20 per gallon). What is the reason for such large price differences across nations?
