I wouldn't buy that car just yet, unless it is an extraordinarily good deal. Check with a dealer for the price of the job. I have the factory service books, and I am certain I saw a blurb on that mentioning that the motor mounts had to detached, (and can't recall, but presume, the drive train loosened, etc.) to allow one enough room to get the thing out.
