I recall one incident at my old mechanic's place - he was working on an '82 or so XJS and was just getting it all together, went to start it, and nothing happened. Somehow, the fuel pump just suddenly stopped working. No reason, no explanation. Just died. Made me laugh. Nonetheless, I *will* at some point own an XKS. You can say all ya want about Jag reliability, but the fact of the matter is they're beautiful cars, and that's enough for me... -Justin
