I too had a certain dislike for the newer models -93 and >. IMHO though, Saab has had a bit of a retro theme going on lately, especially with the 50 years anniversary of Saab. One of my biggest gripes with the Generation 2 900s was the tail end, (besides, that's the part of a Saab Turbo that people see the most of!). I've heard people say, and I would have to agree, that the tail of the revised 900 looks a lot like a NISSAN Sentra! Such a radical departure from the look of the old school Saabs. But, I like what the design folks have done with the 9-3, chiefly how they moved the liscense plate back up in between the tailamps, and look at how much it helps the image of the car. -SAABhuman Samuel Mikkola wrote: > Paul K <paul99nopsamrolog.net> kirjoitti artikkelissa > <Pine.GSO.3.95.981207144026.11288D-100000nopsam.ptd.net>... > > I am an older Saab ('86 900) owner who thinks the changes, > > both mechanical and body, were a BIG mistake.
