There are some people in Europe that love American cars and will buy Chrysler 300M just because Ford will not sell many of them and they will be "unique". It doesn't matter 300M was last in one test... As for Volvo and Saab: Volvo is in technical terms surely better than Saab (in engines, traction, durability, reliability, etc.). Still, there are some people to which the Saab will appeal more than Volvo, even if it is without any doubt technologically inferior, and will e.g. love the Saab's dashboard and stereo and overall image.
