Thanks for any info. > The final drive fluid is the same type that you would use in the rear axle of a conventinal drive train . its one of the odd thing ref saab they still use seperate fluids for g/box, engine, final drive/diff, unlike most other f/wheel drive systems that use the same oil for the engine and final drive. and T.Q.F. for the auto. incidentaly I run an 81/82 saab 900gle auto saloon (4 door) here in bognor regis england hope this is of use regards peter n sam
