Subject: Clarion radio codes

I recently purchased an 84 900 Turbo, and have put lots of work and parts into it. Runs great, and is fun, but.... After a long day of working on the car, I entered a wrong digit for the Clarion radio code, and can not figure out how to clear it and stop the alarm from beeping. A buddy suggested a few things, including --simply reentering the correct code --letting the alarm run for an hour, then entering the code These did not work. I do have the correct code, but need to find a way to clear the wrong code. The wrong code is constantly displayed on the LCD screen. Any help would be appreciated...
