On the dash, pull out the speaker assembly. Then feel around on the back of the instrument cluster. You'll feel knobs, and one is for the Shift Up light. To test if it's the light, sit in neutral, and rev the engine to about 2,000-3,000 RPM. If the light doesn't come one, take it for a drive to see if it comes on at all. If not, bingo. Good luck.
