Ok, I will start off with the turbo size subject matter. There is a difference between PSI and CFM or volume. 19psi from the stock turbo is not even close to the same as 19psi from a larger t3/t4 turbo. Simply flows more air per pound of boost. So yes there is an advantage. Now for the headwork. I have seen 10 wheel hp gain on a 16v Turbo a slight porting of both sides and slight modifications to the chambers. Thank You Steve Hall
