Bill, You can put Permatex Anti-Seize lubricant on the lugs to keep them from freezing up. Apparently the last time the lugs were done a pnuematic wrench was used without torque adjustment. The lugs shut not be tightened more than 80 to 85 Ft. Lbs. Over tightening can cause the brake rotors to warp and improper operation of the brakes. If you can find someone with a pressurized tank and air wrench, you may be able to do it that way. The other alternative is to let the lugs soak a few hours after a thorough coating of liquid wrench. I did that to get a stubborn spark plug out of my 87 900S. I sprayed some on the spark plug and hole and let it sit over night. The next morning the spark plug came right out.
