You might experience some issues with the valves wearing faster, and
possibly sticking. Depending on how much you drive it, the increased wear
may not be noticeable during the remaining lifetime of the car. If the
valves stick, that would be more serious, but very easy to identify (engine
starts to run real rough).
Here in the USA, when we switched to unleaded gas, people with older cars
had a couple of tricks. One was to fill-up with a mixture of gas - say 1/2
leaded, 1/2 unleaded. Another was to usually fill-up with unleaded, but
fill-up with leaded every 3rd or 4th time.
