Hmmm... was it hit hard? It's possible that the chassis was tweaked a little, and it's affected the alignment of the tranny to the shifter. Another possibility is that an engine mount broke or was bent. If you're lucky, you might get out of this one with a simple shift-linkage adjustment, but make sure the people doing the adjusting know what they're doing! There are a couple of "right" ways to do it and about 100 "wrong" ways. Eric Law P.S.
