Subject: Spring replacement?

I've always noticed that my '84 900S sits lower to the ground that most Saabs. It has been suggested that the springs might be "tired". So my first question is, do you really think replacing the springs might fix this? Second question: how practical of a job is this? Can I do it myself? Thanks! ----------------------- Scott I.
