Let's start from 1987, meaning the inclined headlights.

900 GLi or GLe : 8 valve, 2.0 Liter, 120 HP, with injection
900 i : 8 valve, 2.0 Liter, 120 HP, with injection
900 c : 2.0 Liter with carburator
900 : 8 valve, 2.0 Liter, 120 HP, with injection
900 16 valve : 16 valve 2.0 liter 135 HP (not completely sure about the 135
HP)
900 s : 16 valve, 2.0 liter low pressure turbo 150 HP
900 Turbo : 8 valve 2.0 liter Turbo : 150 HP
900 Turbo 16 : 16 valve 2.0 Liter Turbo : 175 HP
900 Turbo 16s : latest series of the 16 valve 2.0 Liter Turbo : 185 HP.

This is untill 1993 and are the specifications in Belgium.
