Just bought a '92 9000CD with 72,000km on it. I peeked at the extreme left & right of the instrument display and found what looks like a long screw halfway secured on each side, and a small gap between the panel and the housing. Looks like its been undone before. Does anyone have the same thing? Is this the way it should be originally?
