Need help on some electrical problems. I have a 84 , 900 turbo . It is in great running shape. the washer motor ,horn,and cruise control all do not work. The horn & washer motor both work when direct current is added but the horn button and washer lever will not engage either.All fuses & relays are good. Any suggestions? Any idea what a saab dealer would charge? thomas m. falter
