Is there good pressure? Can you blow through the line up to the pressure valve? Can you get the outgoing line off of the pressure valve and blow through it? Many, MANY possibilities in this system. Start at the bottom and work up. Good Luck! When a person delegates their responsibilities to another, that person loses the right to complain about the misuse of those responsibilities.
