Cost: SEK 69 (about USD 6). If you'd like them to airmail one (or send it by courier) their phone no is +46 371 17800, or in Sweden 0371 17800 (BTW where are you located?). But I'm sure that any respectable saab workshop locally will have a kit you can buy off them . . .
