You don't say what model, but the usual tale is that the main beam relay has quit (in the fuse box under the bonnet on early perpendicular 900s, can't remember in 9000s and fuse box again in NG900s) Don't buy a Saab one - any take the old one to a car parts factor and get the Hella equivalent at one quarter the price.
